2. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- Exact CIBIL score increase
- Loan approval
- Time-bound results
Results depend on multiple external factors including lender policies and credit bureau updates.
3. Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Payment made but service not initiated within 7 working days
- Service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations
b) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after payment
- Partial service already delivered
- Delay caused due to customer not providing required documents
- Credit score not improving as expected
- Loan not approved by bank/NBFC
4. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, only if service has not started
- Once the service process is initiated, cancellation will not be accepted
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Permanent suspension of services
- Legal action if required
