Due to the nature of digital services and third-party dependencies (such as CRIF Highmark and financial institutions), our cancellation and refund policies are structured to maintain transparency and fairness.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel a service within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not commenced.
  • Once work has started—such as document review, API integration, bureau request initiation, or consultation—cancellation will not be permitted.
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to crediboostsolutions@gmail.com with your registered contact details and payment proof.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in the event of:
    • Service non-delivery beyond the promised timeframe due to internal issues.
    • Double payment made by mistake.
    • Failure to initiate service due to system errors or ineligibility.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
    • If the customer is not satisfied with results but the service was delivered as promised.
    • For credit scores not improving due to client-side credit behavior.
    • For loan applications rejected by banks or NBFCs (we are not the final approving authority).
    • For taxation services already filed or processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
